CONFIDENTIALITY RULES of „AJENCIA“ Ltd.

In connection with the entry into force and implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and the current Bulgarian legislation in the field of personal data protection, and in view of the efforts of AJENCIA Ltd. to perform its duties as a personal data controller correctly and in good faith, we provide you with these Privacy Policy.

  1. 2. Categories of data subjects

In carrying out its activities, AJENCIA Ltd. processes personal data of the following categories of persons:

  1. Employees (current and former);
  2. Job applicants;
  3. Customers, counterparties and suppliers - natural persons and/or representatives of legal entities;
  4. Visitors to the https://agenzia.bg/ website who provide personal data by using its features.

This policy is intended to inform you what personal data we process, for what purposes and what your rights are.

  1. Employee Privacy Policy

„AJENCIA Ltd. processes the personal data of its employees in its capacity as an employer.

The personal data processed include: three names, personal identification number, date of birth or other identification number, address, identity document data (if applicable), contact details, education, professional experience and qualifications, marital status (where applicable), bank account, salary data, as well as data relating to health in the cases provided for by law.

Personal health data are special categories of personal data and are processed only if there is a legal basis - for the performance of obligations under employment and social security legislation, for occupational health purposes or if explicit consent is provided.

The purposes of the processing are:

  • conclusion and performance of an employment contract;
  • performance of legal obligations;
  • protecting the legitimate interests of the company;
  • where there is explicit consent.

A „legitimate interest“ is defined as the protection of the company's rights and legitimate interests, including in employment and legal disputes, internal organisation and security.

Personal data is retained for periods specified in applicable law, after which it is deleted or destroyed in a secure manner.

  1. Confidentiality rules for job applicants

„AJENCIA Ltd processes personal data of job applicants in connection with recruitment procedures.

The data processed include: names, contact details, education, work experience, qualifications, CV, cover letter and other information provided voluntarily by the applicant.

The personal data of unsuccessful applicants shall be kept for up to six (6) months from the end of the procedure, unless the applicant has consented to a longer period.

  1. Client and Counterparty Privacy Policy

The Company processes personal data of customers and contractors for the purpose of concluding and performing contractual relations.

The data processed may include: names, identification number, address, contact details, banking information and professional details.

The personal data shall be stored for the duration of the contract and thereafter for the periods provided for in applicable law.

  1. Online processing and use of the website

The https://agenzia.bg/ website can be used without providing personal data, except in cases where the visitor voluntarily provides such data through the available functionalities (e.g. contact form).

The terms and conditions of use of the website, as well as the rules relating to the use of cookies, are set out in separate documents - the „Website Terms of Use“ and the „Cookie Policy“ published on the company's website.

  1. Provision of personal data to third parties

Personal data may be provided to public authorities, accounting, legal, IT and other service providers where necessary for the performance of contractual or legal obligations. Personal data shall not be provided or transferred outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.

  1. Rights of data subjects

Each data subject shall have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent.

Applications can be submitted by email to [email protected] or to the company's registered office.

If your rights are violated, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Commission or the competent court.

  1. Changes to the rules

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 05.01.2026 and may be updated from time to time, for which data subjects will be notified as appropriate.
